M6 Rivet Nut Tool - Manual Hand Installation

This simple hand rivet nut installation tool is very effect and a gret value for installing rivet nuts.  This tool will help you install bolts & threads when the OEM only has smooth holes, or no holes at all.  You can drill out the hole to approximately 23/64" (.35") which will allow you to install rivet nuts and instead of weak plastic push clips you will be able to use bolts.  We use these tools to install rivet nuts for aluminum under tray installs frequently.

1. Thread the rivet nut onto the threads
2. Hold the large nut with a 14mm wrench
3. Tighten the bolt with 5mm allen wrench or drill adapter
4. Remove the bolt by spinning counterclockwise until bolt is removed
