FITS:
2006-2008 Infiniti FX35

This version of TBW Aluminum Splash Shield is for the 2006-2008 Infiniti FX35.  This offers much more support to the bumper, protection for the bottom of the engine, and easy-to-change oil door for your Infiniti.  If you are lowered, this is a must have for your FX35.  Even for stock applications, this direct fit aluminum engine under tray will not only look good, but give you the piece of mind knowing that you are protected.  No need to replace with a piece of plastic that is likely to break several times over!

  • MADE OF .063 ALUMINUM - only slightly heavier than stock (by ~ 1 lb) but hard aluminum resistant to denting and splitting
  • LASER CUT - Precise cuts to fit stock mounting points * CLEARANCE - Clearance as good as OEM or better, but stronger which improves airflow
  • RIGIDITY - Offers better protection while strengthening bumper support for better stability at high speeds
  • 3 PIECE DESIGN - Won't bend the whole thing if you hit a curb, and can replace only the front piece. Easier to work on your engine.
  • OIL DOOR - The OEM shroud offers little access to the filter. This built in oil door is accessible by removing 2 simple bolts.
  • VENTED DESIGN - Helps to aid with air flow and heat removal
  • POWDER COATED OPTION - OPTIONAL Black powder coated finish for extra durability.
Fits:
2006-2008 Infiniti FX35

    Great .... but ...

Posted by Steven Lindsay on Oct 8th 2016

Great product .... but it could use some refinements. first, 2 of the bolt holes are not in the right place, they are off by about an inch. It still works though. Second, the oil change door is held by 2 bolts on one side and 2 tabs on the other. The tabs fit into 2 slots that are too narrow. The car had to be lifted up on a jack to be able to remove the door. I cut the slots bigger and now can remove the door without lifting the car. Other than those 2 issues, it is a great product and fits suprisingly well. I wish i would have got it 200k miles ago.
