04-07 Subaru WRX & STI Under Tray
This aluminum under tray was design to help protect the critical components of your WRX and STI. It is a common issue for the OEM plastic splash guard to fall apart. More annoying is the constant need to replace the plastic push clips. This shield will mount from your bumper all the way back to the rear of the engine in 2 different pieces allowing you the quick ability to work on the vehicle with efficiency. It will replace the plastic push clips with metal slide-in speed nuts and mount with bolts. Additionally, this aluminum splash shield will make for easy oil changes with direct access doors. Some oil pans drain from the passenger side though, so please take note of your vehicle before purchasing to ensure you order the correct version for your vehicle. Either will mount just fine, but the oil change doors are design with the specific oil pan version in mind.
*Small variations exist between models, please select your vehicle. Please identify which side your oil pan drains. Most vehicles will drain on the drivers side, however there are a few that will drain from the passenger side. We have separate versions of the aluminum under tray for each, just make sure to notify us which side it drains when ordering. *

The TBW Performance skid plate fits perfectly Was fun to put together and easy to install. Great addition to the rear diffuser making it more effective.

Fits damn near perfect
It fit my 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero perfectly. All the bolts matched up and it doesn’t rattle while on the road. One thing that I would have done better is the placement of the bumper fasteners for the front piece of the plate. For my vehicle I could only fasten 2 out of the 4 provided. Luckily that was plenty and I didn’t see any issues with just two. I ended up using the extra fasteners for other parts of my vehicle. Quality is fantastic regardless.

Fits and works as intended, but...
It fits well, cleans up the underbody, and allows faster oil changes. There are a couple things wrong with it though. The edges are unfinished and have burrs on one side, and there are scratches underneath the powder coating from the press brake. Also, there are no instructions for installation, but if you line up the holes, then it makes installation easier.

Would happy buy a matching piece for the rear if offered.
