Great replacement for the oe plastic

I have an 03 fx45. The oe plastic tray was broken and missing most of the tabs where the body clips attached to the car. Many years of it having to be removed everytime I got an oil change took its toll. Unfortunately some of the places that this tray attaches to are broken and missing on my car. Buy there was enough to mount it. It fits well. I got the black one. It looks good. I'm hoping the oil change access works out well. Haven't changed the oil yet so we will see. It came with th hardware to install it. So far I'm happy with it.

03 FX45 Splash Shield

Fit is great. a bit harder to get on then the oem. It doesn't have the guides that latch into the front bumper. The real test for me was changing the oil thru trap door while on the car. It looked tight and I was afraid the oil coming out of the drain would shoot on top of the shield, but it works. Very happy with the usability. You don't have to remove the entire splash shield to change oil. pros: very sturdy. door for oil changing. great fitment. great price(free shipping) for a piece of this quality. cons. the "vents" are a little retro, but not a deal breaker. I feel the vents designed to extract air out, not force air thru. I'd give it 5 stars, but i'm picky about the vents.
